// SECTION 01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "as8com" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at as8com.com, including all associated products, services, and digital interfaces.
• "Player" or "Account Holder" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the as8com platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration and identity verification on as8com.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's as8com account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or non-withdrawable incentives credited to a Player's account by as8com under any active promotion.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on any sporting event, casino game, or slot title available on the as8com platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer verification process, which requires Players to submit identity documents — including a valid CNIC — before withdrawals are authorised.
• "Sporting Event" includes cricket matches (PSL, international bilateral series, ICC tournaments), football fixtures, and any other sport listed on the as8com sportsbook from time to time.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions in their current published version, as updated from time to time by as8com.

// SECTION 02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the as8com platform, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or by placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Acceptance of these Terms also constitutes acceptance of the as8com Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — oral or written — between the Player and as8com relating to the subject matter herein. as8com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, as8com will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the contact details held on account. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

// SECTION 03 Eligibility

Use of the as8com platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. as8com strictly enforces a 21+ age gate and will suspend any account where underage use is suspected pending age verification.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing as8com from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of as8com or any associated entity.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on as8com or any affiliated platform.

// SECTION 04 Account Registration

To use as8com, each individual must register one (1) account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

4.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active as8com account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or via third-party registration — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances, pending investigation.

4.2 Accurate Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update their account details promptly if any information changes. as8com accepts no liability arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your as8com login credentials. as8com strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify as8com support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. as8com will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification

All Players are required to complete the as8com KYC verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of a valid CNIC and may include additional proof of address or payment method verification. as8com reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.

// SECTION 05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

as8com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment accounts used must be registered in the Player's own name; third-party funding is not permitted.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers and card transactions may be subject to the processing timelines of the respective institution. as8com does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. as8com will use reasonable efforts to process approved withdrawals within the timelines stated on the platform at the time of the request. as8com reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before releasing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the as8com cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and by the Player's account status. as8com reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. as8com may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances as specified in the cashier section. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

// SECTION 06 Bonuses & Promotions

as8com offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier and qualifying game contributions are specified in each promotion's terms.
• as8com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where circumstances require. Players with active wagering progress at the time of any modification will not be disadvantaged retroactively.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, the use of arbitrage strategies against promotional offers, or any coordinated exploitation of bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related funds and may result in account termination.

// SECTION 07 Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on as8com are subject to acceptance by the platform. as8com reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event with an incorrect price, where an event has already concluded, or where system errors have affected the offered odds.

7.2 Voided and Cancelled Events

Where a Sporting Event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable sport rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account balance. Specific settlement rules for cricket, football, and other sports are published in the as8com Sports Rules section of the platform.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing during live events. Bets accepted before a market is suspended will stand, provided the odds at which the bet was accepted were correct at the time of placement. as8com accepts no liability for bets placed at erroneous in-play prices caused by data feed delays.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per single bet and per settlement period are subject to the limits displayed in the as8com platform rules section. These limits may vary by sport, market type, and event. as8com reserves the right to reduce maximum winnings limits for accounts that have been identified as consistently placing bets at the maximum level.

// SECTION 08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on as8com and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or access the platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players to exploit game mechanics, bonus terms, or live betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on events the outcome of which the Player has advance knowledge that is not publicly available.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion orders, or promotional restrictions.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or financial circumstances to as8com.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or that have been obtained fraudulently.
• Attempting to reverse or charge back any deposit once it has been used to place a wager.
• Engaging in any activity that as8com reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other Players.

// SECTION 09 Intellectual Property

All content on the as8com platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, data compilations, and interface design — is the exclusive property of as8com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Player or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any as8com content without the prior written consent of as8com.

The as8com name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the as8com brand in any commercial or digital context is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

// SECTION 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, as8com's total liability to any Player in connection with their account or use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

as8com shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond as8com's reasonable control (including network outages affecting JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other payment providers).
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• The accuracy or completeness of any sports statistics, odds, or data provided on the platform for informational purposes.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

// SECTION 11 Privacy & Data

as8com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, identity data collected during KYC, financial transaction data, device and session data, and gameplay history.

as8com will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification partners, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or licence conditions.

// SECTION 12 Responsible Gaming

as8com is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides all registered Players with access to the following voluntary tools at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account via the responsible gaming section of your account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the platform for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the as8com support team. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen prompts that appear at regular intervals during gaming sessions, reminding you of elapsed time and net wagering activity.

// SECTION 13 Termination & Suspension

as8com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Player.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request by as8com.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Identification of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Requirements of applicable law, regulation, or licensing authority.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion. Where an account is closed due to a breach, as8com reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the as8com support team via live chat.

// SECTION 14 Governing Law

as8com operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the as8com complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights of Players under any applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.

// SECTION 15 Contact & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of as8com, please follow the steps below:

1. Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact the as8com support team via the live chat function available on the platform, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The majority of queries are resolved at this stage.
2. Step 2 — Written Complaint: If your issue is not resolved via live chat, submit a formal written complaint to the as8com support email address displayed in the footer of this page. Please include your registered account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If your written complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within fourteen (14) days of submission, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under as8com's licensing authority.

as8com aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) days of receiving all necessary information from the Player.
